What the course is about

The introduction sections explain cytology (plant cell structure on the level of electron-microscopy, histology (systems of plant tissues), organology (morphology of main organs: root, stem, leaf), and reproduction organs. Systematic botany explains taxonomy and hierarchical classification principles and demonstrates some representative, mainly useful plants and important crops from different families.
